Injection
MOLDs
Using state-of-the-art technology, we manufacture durable injection molds that adhere to the highest levels of precision. Whether you need a simple prototype or a complex multi-cavity mold ,we strive to deliver a product that meets your specifications.
HOW INJECTION MOLDING WORKS
Injection molding involves injecting molten plastic material into a mold cavity. The molten plastic is forced into the mold under high pressure, before it cools and solidifies, taking the shape of the mold. Once solidified ,the mold is opened, and the finished product is ejected.
Molding Technologies
INJECTION MOLD PROTOTYPE TOOLING
We design our prototypes using production-grade
materials. This method ensures consistent
outcomes in part size and cycle timing between
prototype and production runs.
Strip molds or
bump-off molds
Bump-off caps and mold technology produces plastic caps, lids, or any plastic part with internal undercuts. Bump-off mold designs ensure the best cooling process possible by using multiple inserts and specialized materials.
Unscrewing molds
Unscrewing closure molds are designed for caps and closures with detailed threads. Upon molding, these parts are unscrewed from the mold to avoid thread damage. Our design is well-proven to have excellent cooling properties and a good water seal on the rotating cores.
Side action molds
Side action molds contain complex molding surfaces or simple pins to create a hole. The movement of the side actions can be controlled with angle pins or delta cams. This technology is used for complex parts with undercuts or holes going in multiple directions.
